FTS Power Cage
The York Barbell FTS Power Cage is part of our light commercial grade line of equipment. This line is perfect for in home use but can also be utilized in small studio gyms or schools.
- Multiple, easy to adjust bar hooks for flexible use both in and outside of the cage.
- Moveable safety bars for added support inside.
- Chin Up Bar for bicep, core, and back exercises.
- Pulley and Storage add on options available.

Power Cage Options:
FTS Hi/Low Pulley Option (#48054) – This option turns the FTS Power Rack into a multi-function rack and cable machine. Utilize 1” standard plates on the weight carriage pegs in order to perform various exercises on the Lat Pull Down or Low Row.
FTS 200lb Weight Stack Conversion Kit (#48056) – This option turns the weight carriage of the Hi/Low Pulley option into a selectorized weight stack with 200lbs of weight. **The 200lb Weight Stack Conversion Kit cannot be used for the FTS Power Cage without the Hi/Low Pulley Option**
FTS 2″ Olympic Adapter Sleeve (#48010) – The 2” Olympic Adapter Sleeve can be used on the Hi/Low Pulley option to allow 2” Olympic plates to be utilized on the weight carriage pegs, or Plate Storage Attachment.
FTS Plate Storage Attachment (#48055) – This option attaches to the Power Cage to provide additional storage for your York Barbell Plates. Its pegs accommodates 1” plates, or 2” plates with the addition of 2” Olympic Adapter Sleeves.
